Who is Behind the Site?
My name is Rishad KM.
I am not a barista who has spent 20 years behind an espresso machine. I am a Maintenance Engineer working right here in Saudi Arabia.
My day job is defined by precision, systems, troubleshooting, and optimization. I spend my days ensuring complex machinery operates at peak performance. When I clock out, I apply that same engineering mindset to my coffee.
The “Engineer’s Approach” to Coffee
Why trust an engineer with your morning brew? Because coffee is chemistry and physics. It’s about water temperature, grind size, extraction pressure, and consistency.
I created this platform because I was frustrated by the lack of precise information. I didn’t want marketing fluff; I wanted to know exactly which café in Khobar served the best V60, or precisely the right ratio for a Spanish Latte.
